Hello from Haus…. January Review
Following the EU Referendum, uncertainty has hung over the London housing market. This has translated into fewer transactions over a prolonged period of time.
However, this can’t continue for long: people still have the desire, the means and the necessity to make the move.
The year 2019 has certainly kicked off with great haste; we’ve seen a record number of new buyers and tenants come to us to register, and a whole range of beautiful and desirable properties being listed with us already. Ultimately our optimistic team here at Haus are ready and excited for what is set to be a year to remember.
The infamous B word that continues to dominate our newsfeeds is not getting in the way of some incredible sales and rentals already happening in and around South West London. Property owners are enthusiastic to make their move to new pastures and buyers and tenants our out in high numbers, overwhelmed with the quality of properties available.
Ultimately, as pent-up demand begins to feed through and buyers and tenants return, our clients are seeing the results they’ve been hoping for. For example; within one week of being on the market, we found a buyer and secured a price for an awesome 3 double bedroom flat we just launched to the market here in SW6. Give us a call and we’ll be delighted to help you.
