Those who meet Steve rarely forget him. He’s a massively popular agent in the borough and an expert in his field. Nasher has been in the industry for 14 years, driven by his passion for meeting new people and helping with all aspects of moving…it's no coincidence that Steve's clients become his close pals.
Steve gets his kicks from art, photography and property. That's why all of our property marketing benefits from art direction and meticulous photographic design briefs.
If Steve isn't busting a sweat at the David Lloyd gym, you'll probably find him thumping a drum kit at a gig in north London or picking up some vintage threads at Portobello Market.
Director of Haus Fulham
James worked in the city crafting his sales talent before landing at Haus Fulham. James is a charming, hardworking and popular member of the team with an impeccable sales reputation in the area. Famed for his expert barista skills, clients are always popping in to share a mean Haus coffee (and market review) with our James.
Fontalroy (as he is affectionately known) calls himself an outdoors kind of guy - we tell him that a daily al-fresco lunch at Café Bon Bon doesn't really count. He is also highly proficient in the art of practical jokes, keeping everybody in the office on their toes!
The heavenly Bryony is our Lettings hero at Fulham. She’s got a cracking sense of humour and is one classy lady. She started out in property management and her lettings knowledge is second to none. Plus - she knows Fulham like the back of her hand!
Bryony is a creative soul and when she isn't painting in her spare time she's helping out as a professional make-up artist at fashion shows/shoots. This eye for aesthetics makes her a great advisor to have in your corner when it comes to preparing your property for letting! We have to keep a tight rein on Bryony when dogs come into the office (which is very often in Fulham) so if you've got a husky or Labrador watch out – she may steal it.
When she's not working, she can be found chilling with friends in Fulham's many lovely pubs and cafes – talk to her for a great recommendation!
Alex is, quite simply, a force to be reckoned with. As Haus’ resident organiser of lives, she’s not one to cross and there isn’t much she can’t sort out in about 0.68 seconds flat. She started out in lifestyle management for a concierge company in Mayfair before moving to Haus and becoming so invaluable that we can’t remember what life was like ‘Before Alex’. A woman of extremes, Alex is either taking it easy with friends and family in London, or she’s swimming with sharks and jumping out of aeroplanes on the other side of the world. As the oldest of 4 siblings, and owner of 10 pets she runs this joint like a pro and keeps all the Hausmates in order.
Haus PA/Office Manager
Having been in the lettings industry for a very respectable twenty years, Tricia has gone from lettings negotiator to manager and then fully ARLA-qualified property manager. In fact she has Level 3 NFoPP Technical Award in Residential Letting & Property Management which basically means there's no lettings scenario she hasn't come across! Tricia's an absolute star when it comes to keeping our landlords in the loop - they love her!
In her spare time Tricia's a fitness enthusiast and spends most of her weekends on long walks with her Beagle, shouting "COME BACK!"
Haus Property Management
Meet Alexandra. This little ray of sunshine is rarely seen without a smile on her face and is generally a fab person to know! A highly accomplished lady, Alexandra is fluent in Spanish, makes sushi like a pro and is the most organised person we know. After studying at Aberystwyth University she spent a year teaching English in Santiago, Chile. What’s more, she’s devoted the last six summers of her life working the Wimbledon Championships in the Ladies Dressing Rooms! Alexandra moved into property because she adores interiors and discovering how people work with their spaces and colours. She’s also super sociable and loves that she gets to meet so many new people as an estate agent. At the weekend, Alexandra is either at home in the countryside walking her dogs or dashing around London with her friends having a super time on Boris Bikes! One word of warning: if you own a Wire Haired Dachsund, don’t let her see it – she’s obsessed.
This debonair chap is King of Lettings at Haus and a real favourite with landlords who love his honest, straightforward style. Ambitious, yet unfailingly friendly and open, Anton started working in estate agency as a trainee negotiator and has worked his way up the ranks over the last eight years, gaining an abundance of experience along the way. A huge travel fan, Anton jets off to secluded tropical locations whenever he can and at home he's a demon on the football pitch. To be honest, we’ve only got him until he gets his break in the Premier League, so if you want him to let your property – get in quick!
Senior Lettings Manager
Rebecca Stott is the girl to talk to when it comes to Fulham property. Sassy, determined and driven to get her clients exactly what they need she's a force of nature in this market. Her eye for interior design is what's behind her passion for property - for Rebecca there's nothing quite like seeing how different people decorate their homes and living spaces. She's a really positive, upbeat person with a love of skiing, shooting and anything that indulges her inner social butterfly. Property aside, with 5 years experience up her sleeve she can tell you exactly where to go for brunch or cocktails in Fulham too so ask away!
