Brian and his convivial team at Randalls Butchers are experts in their field, selling free range and organic meat to the SW6 community. Brian hand picks all of his produce and has perfected his own marinades, selling everything from organic sausages to delicious homemade chutney. Randalls have any festive occasion covered, whether you are having a sun drenched BBQ or a festively plump turkey supper.
Brian started out in the butchery business at the tender age of eleven, working as a Saturday boy in Shepherds Bush. When Brian left his Saturday job his manager gave him a bicycle to say thank you for all his hard work. Since opening his own butchers on theWandsworth Bridge Road 24 years ago, Brian still has his bicycle on the terrace of his premises.
Brian certainly isn’t scared of early mornings! Mr Randall’s alarm buzzes at 4am to get over to Smithfield market in Holborn for 5:15am. Here Brian sources the best produce from the most reputable market traders, after many years in the industry Brian is a pro. Throughout the London 2012 mayhem, Brian was arriving at the market at 4:15.
Brian loves the sense of community and the friendly atmosphere on the Wandsworth Bridge Road. After one visit to Randalls Butchers Brian never forgets a face or a name…and that’s the way we like it.
