If you let our property through haus, we can offer a number of property management options, ranging from an introductory and/or rent collection service, to a full managed service. This gives landlords peace of mind that their properties are being looked after in their absence.
Regular property inspections
As part of this managed service, we'll carry out regular inspection of your property, taking a detailed inventory (with photographs) at each visit to include in our inspection report. This provides both the landlord and the tenant with a regular and accurate record of the property's condition, thus avoiding disputes at a later date.

All our Property Managers are highly experienced, so they can spot maintenance issues before these become serious and deal with them promptly, avoiding the need for costly repairs later on.
